Building Regulations approval is a consideration in nearly all building projects and RobsonEverett can guide you through the process. Building regulations drawings and applications are more detailed than the ones submitted for planning, as they contain the information on how the building will actually be constructed and are suitable for approval by local building control and for builders to accurately quote for your project.

After the tender stage of your project, the Construction Phase stage offers an opportunity to alter and amend any of the previous working drawings to reflect any changes or incorporate any alternative subcontractors and suppliers you may have before the work can commence on site.
