What we can do for you

FEASIBILITY STUDIES

These studies are a critical part of the design process.  From initial client discussions and site appraisals through to preferred designs and final conclusions, allowing you to assess the design and cost implications of your proposed project. We believe this is one of the key parts of design and with a well considered approach can greatly reduce time spent further down the process. As part of our bespoke service, RobsonEverett also liaise with specialist consultants and interested parties to guide the projects into the next stage.

DEVELOPMENT APPRAISALS

This allows you to explore the various planning and development options available for your site with professional advice on the next best steps to take.

PLANNING APPLICATIONS

Our extensive experience across multiple local authorities allows us to guide you through the planning application process.  From outline planning to full planning permission, we regularly liaise with local planning officers to help move your project through the planning stage.

LISTED BUILDING APPLICATIONS

RobsonEverett has a thorough knowledge of listed & historic buildings.  We can navigate through the application process allowing you to create a home designed for modern life, ensuring a sympathetic approach ensuring the original building is sustained for future generations.

PLANNING APPEALS AND ADVICE

Should your project encounter problems at the planning stage, we can offer expert advice and solutions towards gaining planning approval.

BUILDING REGULATIONS DRAWINGS AND APPLICATIONS

Building Regulations approval is a consideration in nearly all building projects and Beech Architects can guide you through the process. These drawings and applications are more detailed than the ones submitted for planning, as they contain the information on how the building will actually be constructed and are suitable for approval by local building control and for builders to accurately quote for your project.

CONSTRUCTION PHASE DRAWINGS

After the tender stage of your project, the Construction Phase stage offers an opportunity to alter and amend any of the previous working drawings to reflect any changes or incorporate any alternative subcontractors and suppliers you may have before the work can commence on site.

LOW ENERGY DESIGN

We specialise in energy efficient design as a core part of the process from initial concept through to the detailed final designs.

BUILDING SPECIFICATION

As part of the tender documentation, a building specification allows a builder or contractor to price for your project and will then form part of the contract documentation.

TENDER DOCUMENTATION

For many larger projects, the work is put out to tender to a number of contractors and subcontractors.  Beech Architects can put together a series of packages, with drawings and specifications for your project which makes the tender easier for the contractor to price, as well as streamlining the comparison between tenders.

FULL PROJECT MANAGEMENT

As a RIBA Chartered Practice, Beech Architects can offer a full Project Management service from the initial design concepts through to coordinating build teams with the work of our design whilst keeping you updated and working towards project delivery on time and on budget.

ADMINISTRATION OF BUILDING CONTRACTS

Our service can provide an interface between you and your contractors or builders.  We monitor the quality of work, the contractors compliance with specifications and ensure target dates of the project are met.

COMMUNITY CONSULTATIONS FOR PROJECTS

Public consultation on community projects is now a statutory requirement for specific schemes of a certain size or with specific organisations.  If your project requires a community consultation, we can guide you through the process by creating the relevant documents and models, as well as supporting you through meetings with local authorities and lodging a planning application.

MASTERPLANNING

If you have a large scale site or development, Beech Architects can create layouts and designs to help you maximise the site, working with local planning authorities so the schemes work for your requirements as well providing the right fit in the local area.
