Planning and Technical Design

Already having secured planning approval for the new build dwelling, the client approached Robson Everett to take the project from planning, through to construction. We first undertook a study of the existing approvals and provided feedback which later turned into carrying out further planning applications to redesign and revise some of the spaces and secure permission for a four bay cartlodge with living quarters above. We then undertook the stage 4 technical design helping the client navigate the necassry steps to achieve building regulations full plans approval which is now in place and construction has started on site.
